Key Responsibilities:

Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients for insurance solutions.
Independently handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in large corporates.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored insurance broking solutions.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Track market developments, competitor offerings, and client needs to maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements:

6+ years of experience
in
B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Direct Sales
in the Insurance industry.
Strong understanding of corporate client management and insurance broking solutions.
Proven ability to independently generate business and close high-value deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High self-motivation, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work without supervision.
