Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients for insurance solutions.
  • Independently handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in large corporates.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored insurance broking solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Track market developments, competitor offerings, and client needs to maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience

    in

    B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Direct Sales

    in the Insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate client management and insurance broking solutions.
  • Proven ability to independently generate business and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High self-motivation, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work without supervision.
