Roles and Responsibilities

Market Specialists Machine Tools (Aerospace, Medical, Defence)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop business opportunities in
Aerospace, Medical, Defence
industries.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Position and promote our machine tools in line with industry needs.
Provide inputs on market intelligence, competitor activities, and sector strategies.
Work independently while coordinating with internal teams for closures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

10-15 years of proven experience in
Sales/Marketing of Machine Tools
or related capital equipment.
Strong industry network in one or more target segments (Aerospace/Medical/Defence).
Track record of business development and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Independent, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
