Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive franchise growth and profitability in the assigned region.
2. Oversee day-to-day franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and SOPs.
3. Build and nurture relationships with franchise partners, offering them ongoing support, training, and guidance.
4. Identify, negotiate, and onboard new potential franchisees in alignment with organizational goals.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights that contribute to strategic planning.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
7. Conduct regular performance analyses, audits, and reporting to optimize business performance.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
2. A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in business development or franchise management, preferably in the EdTech industry.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing stakeholder relationships.
