• Drive sales of credit cards through branches of Kolkata Circle. • Drive Productivity manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes. • Coaching direct reports to achieve production goals. Actively manages under-performers via performance improvement plans to meet established performance levels. • Managing large size team by coaching, performing all evaluations, and overseeing performance management plans of field sales managers. • Managing sales budgets and set targets. • Establishing team and individual sales goals and providing effective
coaching & guiding sales representatives to consistently improve their performance. • Training, developing, and managing a large sales team including Unit Managers, Team Managers & sales executives. a. • Complete frequent visits to conduct sales presentations, develop product strategies, review pricing, resolution of customer complaints and enhancing sales. • Build & nurture relationships with higher officials including Branch Managers, Regional managers & General Managers to
credit card sales • Responsible for increasing approval rates through right sourcing. • Single point of contact for all issues that the branches face for their day to day operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
MBAs with 2 3 years experience in sales and marketing with team handling experience.
