Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Execute strategic plans for the D2C business to drive revenue, optimize distribution, and enhance channel productivity.
Spearhead delivery of Postpaid and Broadband business lines, ensuring Airtel becomes the preferred provider in assigned residential areas.
Manage store operations, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and enhanced customer experience across all locations.
Build partnerships with RWAs and external stakeholders to expand Airtel's D2C footprint and maintain service excellence.
Monitor and drive performance of Territory and Store Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and developing future leaders.

Role Responsibilities:

Drive market coverage, customer engagement, and visibility of D2C products through optimized channel strategies.
Ensure effective risk mitigation by staying ahead of regulatory and market changes.
Analyze trends and competitive landscape to provide insights for business strategy.
Collaborate with internal functions (marketing, HR, finance) to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives.
Lead people development through regular performance reviews, training programs, and talent grooming.
