Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Ensure timely rectification of Optical Fiber Cable cuts and closure of field trouble tickets.
Lead Acceptance Testing and compliance audits for FTTX and transport networks across Mumbai.
Oversee Transmission Network planning including Metro Core, FTTN, FTTB, and FTTH.
Minimize MTTR by coordinating with NOC and maintenance teams for resolution of technical faults.
Control Capex and Opex expenditures related to wireline network deployment and maintenance.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage OFC rearrangement and survey coordination for new project execution.
Lead field teams (FRT and Engineers) and monitor vendor manpower and resource deployment.
Coordinate with customers, government bodies, and internal teams for site access and event planning.
Drive safety training programs and conduct audits on safety, vehicle usage, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to Code of Conduct through surprise audits, claim checks, and awareness sessions.
