Cluster Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cluster Manager to lead multiple branches and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stakeholder onboarding, team leadership, operational efficiency, and maintaining a compliant and high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through networking and innovative marketing campaigns
• Lead and manage teams of Relationship Managers, Customer Service Executives, and Branch Managers across multiple locations
• Ensure the productivity, effectiveness, and profitability of all branches within the cluster
• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth branch functioning
• Monitor and evaluate collection performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Drive revenue growth while minimizing risk by fostering a strong compliance-focused sales environment
• Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to improve customer experience and branch output

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in retail banking, financial services, or similar domains
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong understanding of branch operations, collections, and sales compliance
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-field environment with a result-oriented mindset
