 Area Manager - Commercial Vehicle Retail 
 Job Purpose 
Achieving and exceeding business goals and targets for Commercial Vehicle Finance. Managing and grooming the team to achieve their respective targets.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve and exceed business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler Loans.
  • Create a strong and compliant sales culture to drive business.
  • Manage sales force, data, and efficiently use call center leads.
  • Conduct dealer visits along with sales manager/FOS.
  • Portfolio management aiming for 99% zero bucket collections.
  • Maintain FEMI at 9% across location and span.
  • Monthly travel to locations for at least 5 days.
  • Ensure team's adherence to sales governance and compliance processes.
  • Ensure adherence to customer delivery TAT.
  • Implement promotional plans and contests; suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  • Recruit and retain high performers.
  • Manage and groom the team to achieve their respective targets.
  • Manage delinquency of the business sourced to ensure healthy portfolio.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Daily review with ABSM regarding projections and activity plans for the day.
  • Review with ABSM on projection versus delivery daily to improve planning.
  • Ensure execution of the defined activity plan for customer visits by the team.
  • Assist in collections in HTS cases for buckets X and 1, as well as higher buckets.
  • Provide feedback to under-performing team members, understand causes, and offer timely and appropriate support.
  • Nominate team members for reward and recognition; appreciate team members appropriately in internal forums.
  • Resolve issues regarding documentation.
  • Decide on approaching customers of risk-prone geographical areas and profiles, and stop approaching specific profiles based on delinquency patterns.
  • Plan for business expansion by identifying and mapping new areas, analyzing fraud likelihoods, deriving projections; share and discuss with branch teams and ASSCs to clarify action plans; share projections, action plans, and budgets with RSM for approval.
  • Cascade finalized plans from RSM to the team; derive aligned short-term performance benchmarks such as DRR; plan with team to achieve them.
  • Monitor team productivity metrics periodically and assist in resolving issues; monitor month-on-month productivity, WIRR, insurance penetration, CC and CW lead penetration.
  • Shortlist candidates, make recommendations of known candidates; conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates and provide comments and recommendations.
  • Review and discuss achievements with team periodically; conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews for each team member, providing feedback for improvement.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  •  Education:  Graduation / MBA
  •  Experience: 
  • Graduation with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • MBA with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • People and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Affirmative nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.
