Area Manager - Branch Banking

You will be responsible for achieving the Business Objectives for the Area and meeting the value, volume, and channel productivity metrics. This includes generating revenues through sales of CASA, Assets, TFX, and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc. through the branch channel. You will lead Branch Managers, the Operation Team, and mentor Sales Teams. Additionally, you will be in charge of enhancing the Deposit pool from customers, ensuring Regulatory Compliance, and handling Manpower Planning. Improving RM & RO channel productivity, driving Service Quality parameters, managing productivity morale of branch personnel, and establishing standards for the delivery of customer service are also key aspects of this role.
