As an Area Manager in Branch Banking, your role is crucial in achieving the business objectives for the area. You will be responsible for meeting the value, volume, and channel productivity metrics. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating revenues through sales of CASA, Assets, TFX, and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance, etc. via the branch channel - Leading Branch Managers, Operation Team, and mentoring Sales Teams - Enhancing the deposit pool from customers - Ensuring regulatory compliance - Planning manpower effectively - Improving RM & RO channel productivity - Driving service quality parameters across the span - Managing productivity morale of branch personnel - Establishing standards and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service Your qualification should ideally include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in banking or financial services industry - Strong leadership and communication skills - Sound knowledge of banking products and services - Ability to drive sales and meet targets effectively If any additional details about the company are provided in the job description, please share those as well.,
