Role Description

As an Area Manager at Bajaj Life Insurance, you will oversee and drive business growth within your designated region. Responsibilities include managing, mentoring, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensure effective implementation of business strategies, and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, India, requiring frequent collaboration and interaction within the designated area.
