Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple bakery outlets in Kerala. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, achieve business goals, and maintain the brand’s standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple outlets.
• Drive sales, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Train, mentor, and motivate outlet managers and staff.
• Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of outlets.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the central kitchen/production units for smooth supply chain operations.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Hotel Management or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in retail F&B/hospitality industry, preferably in bakery or QSR chains.
• Proven track record in managing multi-location operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational software.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates from Karnataka and Kerala with knowledge of South Indian bakery trends will be given preference.
• Multi-lingual skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam) are an advantage.
