Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kota for an Area Legal Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing legal cases, preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards, providing legal advice to the organization, and representing the company in legal matters. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external parties to safeguard the company's legal and business interests.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and Legal Affairs
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
Experience with Legal Compliance and regulatory requirements
Ability to handle legal disputes and case management efficiently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related legal qualification
Relevant experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
