To execute the strategies adopted by the Legal team effectively
(A) Facilitate recovery of outstanding
amounts from the customers.
(B) Protect & defend in cases filed against the company/employees.
(C)Maintain detailed MIS.
(D) Co-Ordination with Law Firms/Advocates on Regular Basis,
(E) Discussion with RLM and strategies for monthly case filling and recovery.
-Should have experience with SARFAESI Act
-Good working knowledge on laws relating to banking, SARFEASI, Arbitration, IBC, Negotiable instruments, contract act
-Good drafting skills
