A. Key Responsibilities
To coordinate with all the clients and the regional manager
• To drive the entire rural sales business and process for the organization.
• To manage the existing rural tie-ups.
• To create the new tie up for the rural channel.
• To allocate the target for the rural sales team.
• To drive the teams to generate business through the tie ups.
• To motivate the teams to generate the business.
• Conduct the facilitation & RNR activities and meetings for the performers.
• To design the product training program.
• Manage the entire process of operations for the rural sales.
• To coordinate with the departments of the Underwriting, operations and claims to
smoothen the sales for rural sales department.
• Client Servicing.
B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS
• Business Generation.
• Growth expansion program.
C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
• Insurance Knowledge is preferred.
• 8-15 Years of experience in Rural sales.
D. SKILLS REQUIRED
• Team Management
• Rural Sales knowledge.
• Relationship skills.
