Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and scaling up the Rural banking business for the assigned branches by creating strategies to achieve growth targets. This includes managing operations and resources efficiently, developing relationships with key dealers, expanding branch footprint, and ensuring high-quality customer service. You will collaborate with product and operations teams to drive customer acquisition and deepen relationships. Your role will involve building teams, systems, processes, and culture relevant to branch network scale, with a focus on customer and employee satisfaction. Additionally, you will have P&L responsibility contributing to larger branch banking objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the P&L for the assigned branches and oversee distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales. - Implement region-specific strategies to achieve and exceed business goals. - Work towards sustainable profitability for both Assets and Liabilities sales. - Manage a team of branch managers to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships. - Ensure pricing, business processes, and policies are in the organization's best interest. - Assess and monitor portfolio quality, loan limits, and conduct field audits. - Achieve productivity, efficiency, financial targets, customer service targets, and ensure statutory compliance. - Share knowledge with other regions and branches on effective practices and business opportunities. - Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers. - Spearhead manpower planning, recruitment, and training processes. - Develop and implement livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. - Provide training, coaching, and guidance to branch personnel. - Evaluate new initiatives and ensure implementation to improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with other branch departments to provide products and services to customers. **Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:** - Mentor and coach senior team members on customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity. - Create an environment for automation and digital enablement to meet customer needs. - Attract and retain top talent to meet growth targets. - Ensure high levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement for driving results and employee satisfaction. You are required to have a Graduation degree in BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE, or any other graduate field. Additionally, you should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in Rural Branch Banking or allied business.
