Job Summary:

The Area General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple food and beverage outlets within a designated area, ensuring consistent achievement of operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and brand standards. The role includes team leadership, financial management, compliance monitoring, and driving growth strategies within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of outlets, ensuring quality, service, and hygiene.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance.
• Lead Outlet Managers and teams, promoting employee engagement and productivity.
• Implement standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, wastage control, and procurement.
• Conduct regular store audits and inspections.
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications And Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in the Food & Beverages industry.
