Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver orders to customers on time.
• Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate product delivery.
• Collect payments when required (Cash on Delivery).
• Follow traffic rules and safety protocols at all times.
• Keep delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good condition.
• Must have a driving license.
• Communicate with dispatchers and report delivery status.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
• Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate weight.
• Punctual, honest, and customer-oriented attitude.
