Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables. Technical Complaint Analysis & Resolution Analyze technical complaints of vehicles in the field. Rectify defects in vehicles and overhaul aggregates. Warranty & Service Process Management Maintain and handle internet-based warranty systems. Ensure proper implementation of service processes at channel partners. Channel & Network Development Develop the secondary channel for service and spare parts sales. Guide channel partners on manpower, facilities, and equipment optimization. Product Feedback & Training Provide feedback on company and competitor products. Conduct training for service managers. Strategic Customer Support Work with channel partners to provide special service support for strategic customers. Spare Parts & Inventory Management Ensure timely execution of spare parts orders by channel partners to maintain sufficient inventory. Meet spare parts sales targets through the secondary network. Manage spare parts inventory effectively. Workshop Profitability & Performance Monitoring Ensure profitability of channel partner workshops. Conduct monthly visits to Authorized Service Centers (ASC) and monitor performance with ASC coordinators. Customer Engagement & Service Activities Organize monthly service camps. MIS & Reporting Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports on service operations. Manage service guarantees at dealerships.
