Job Description

Area Credit Manager Loan Against Property (LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

Assess loan proposals for LAP customers (self-employed & salaried).
Conduct detailed credit & risk assessment, cash flow analysis, and collateral evaluation.
Liaise with legal & technical vendors for property evaluation.
Approve cases within delegated authority; escalate as required.
Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency, and ensure compliance.
Work closely with Sales/Business teams for structured deals and timely disbursements.

4. Candidate Requirements

Education:
CA preferred.
Experience:
1-5 years in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending in Banks, NBFCs, or HFCs.
Strong analytical & decision-making skills.
Exposure to Pune real estate market will be an added advantage.
