Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Collections Manager - Retail MFB - Collections in Indraprastha Colony, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and retail banking.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collections process for timely debt recovery.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors.

Job

Strong knowledge of collections, retail banking, and financial services.
