Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to join our team as an Area Business Manager in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
