We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager to oversee the Watches & Wearables division in our Large Format Stores (LFS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on driving sales and exceeding targets in the Watches & Wearables category.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and profitability in the Watches & Wearables division within Large Format Stores
  • Manage a team of sales associates and provide leadership and guidance to ensure targets are met
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective merchandising and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management


Qualifications:
