Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Business Manager, located in Indore. The primary responsibilities include managing and overseeing the business operations within a designated area. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for developing business strategies, expanding market reach, managing client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. This role entails leading and motivating a team, monitoring market trends, and providing actionable insights to drive growth.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare or hearing aid industry is a plus
