To manage a team of 4 to 6 ME s to achieve their territory targets thus achieving the regional targets consistently. To plan the Budget the working of each ME in such a way that maximum ROI is achieved. To supervise and guide each ME through proper Induction and hand holding from time to time by conducting On the job Training. To monitor the working and sales performance of ME s in terms of their Customer list, Product knowledge, Coverage, achievement etc. with the help of tools like feedback from each ME, organization reporting tool, personal contacts, etc. To be a link and add value to the business during joint working with ME s & RM To recognize and appreciate the work of each Team Member and also to counsel and discipline as and when required To retain talent and ensure zero vacancy in the region by referring quality candidates for the selection process . 8) To set an example in front of team members in terms of Product knowledge, Territory Knowledge, Doctor Conversion, etc.
