Job Description

  1. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive lead conversion for residential and C&I rooftop solar projects.
  • Develop key accounts, including housing societies, MSMEs, and industrial units.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  1. Channel & Partner Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage local dealers, installers, and channel partners.
  • Monitor partner performance, resolve escalations, and ensure motivation.
  1. Customer Engagement

  • Conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and propose tailored solar solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for surveys and customized proposals.
  • Ensure post-sales support, customer satisfaction, and referral generation.
  1. Territory Strategy & Insights

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Identify high-potential micro-clusters for targeted campaigns.
  • Provide actionable feedback to refine regional strategies.
  1. Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Technical, Execution, and Finance teams for project closure.
  • Ensure compliance with subsidy/loan documentation and KYC processes.
