Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) located in Samastipur. The ARDM will be responsible for recruiting and developing a team of insurance advisors. Day-to-day tasks will include tracking and managing advisor recruitment, training new advisors, ensuring that sales targets are met, providing ongoing support and mentorship to the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ARDM will also be involved in business development activities, keeping abreast of industry trends, and implementing strategic sales plans.
