Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Relationship Development Manager (ARDM) located in Samastipur. The ARDM will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and motivating a team of advisors to achieve targets. Daily responsibilities include training and developing advisors, conducting sales activities, generating business leads, and ensuring that advisers are equipped with the necessary support and resources. The role also involves building relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong skills in team management, recruitment, and personal development
Experience in sales strategies, planning, and client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
Willingness to relocate to Samastipur
