Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Development Manager (ARDM) in Sales, located in Samastipur. The ARDM will be responsible for developing and managing sales relationships, achieving sales targets, providing customer service, and conducting market research. Daily tasks will include meeting potential clients, explaining insurance products, and closing sales deals. The ARDM will also be involved in training and supporting the sales team to enhance their performance.

• Sales and marketing experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus
