Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) located in Samastipur. The ARDM will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors. The role involves planning and implementing sales strategies, tracking sales targets, providing mentorship, and ensuring that the team achieves the business objectives. The ARDM will also focus on building relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
