Are you an expert in managing interior design projects from concept to completion? Join our growing team and play a key role in transforming houses into beautiful homes.

We are a full-service home interiors company, offering end-to-end solutions — from civil work to modular woodwork. As we expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and driven Project Operations Head to oversee daily operations across multiple residential interior projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Project Tracking – Monitor progress across all live projects; ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Vendor Coordination – Liaise with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
• Material Sourcing & Planning – Oversee procurement of materials and finishes; ensure timely availability at sites
• Status Reporting – Update project progress regularly via Google Sheets or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp or Notion)
• Process Optimization – Identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements, and help scale operations efficiently
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless communication

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior project execution or operations
• Strong understanding of home interiors, including civil and modular woodwork
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on approach with a high sense of ownership
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or project management tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
