Role Summary

The Architectural Design Intern will support the design team in architectural design development, drawings, 3D modeling, and presentations for live projects, gaining hands-on professional experience in a studio environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Conceptual Support

• Assist in preparing concept plans, massing studies, and schematic designs.
• Support senior architects in translating design ideas into workable drawings.
• Participate in internal design reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Architectural Drawings

• Prepare and update architectural drawings including plans, sections, and elevations.
• Assist in revising drawings based on design feedback and coordination inputs.
• Maintain drawing standards and proper file management.

3D Modeling & Presentation

• Assist in creating 3D models and basic renderings for design presentations.
• Support preparation of presentation boards and client decks.

Research & Design Assistance

• Conduct research on design precedents, materials, façade concepts, and planning norms.
• Assist in site analysis and basic by-law checks under guidance.

Coordination & Site Exposure

• Coordinate with internal teams such as structural, MEP, and PMC.
• Assist during site visits and design coordination meetings when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed

  Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

  .
• Strong interest in architectural design and creativity.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of

  SketchUp / Revit / Rhino

  is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of

  Photoshop / InDesign / Lumion

  preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Stipend

• Monthly Stipend:

  ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 (based on skills, software proficiency, and performance)

• Performance-based increment

  may be considered during the internship period.
