Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Salem for a Architect at Sharvah Housing Promoters. The Architect will lead architectural design projects, create comprehensive designs, and ensure proper project execution from concept to completion. Responsibilities include managing architectural processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and integrating software tools into the design workflow to ensure accurate and efficient outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3 - 5+ years of architectural experience with strong technical knowledge
• Expert-level Auto CAD skills (Mandotory)
• Proficiency in sketchup/V-ray, Photoshop software
• Strong skills in Architectural Design and experience in managing large-scale projects
• Ability to lead projects independently with a team
• Experience in sustainable and innovative design strategies is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Salem and meet deadlines effectively
