Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in South Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and integration of various aspects of architecture. Daily tasks include overseeing the design and development of projects, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, and collaborating with a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs for large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D models.
• Review construction work to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, structural systems, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Proven track record of working on residential/commercial high-rise projects.
