Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with proven experience in high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating architectural works, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for high-rise buildings.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD/Revit or related tools.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and design documentation for approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in designing and executing high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong understanding of local building regulations and codes.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
