Job Description

We’re Hiring – Architect

Architect

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and development for residential and commercial real estate projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, structural, and MEP engineers
Prepare architectural drawings, design layouts, and detailed execution plans
Ensure design compliance with statutory norms, building codes, and client requirements
Provide innovative design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-efficiency
Manage project timelines and ensure timely deliverables with high-quality standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification
: B.Arch / M.Arch
Experience
: 3 – 4 years (Preferably in real estate development industry)
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Modelling, and relevant architectural software
Hands-on experience in designing large-scale residential/commercial projects
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, result-driven, and highly accountable
