*Skills Required:*
1. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or BIM software
2. Strong design, visualization & conceptual development
3. Knowledge of building codes, sustainability & construction practices
4. Project management, site supervision & coordination skills
5. Excellent communication, client handling & presentation abilities
*Key Responsibilities:*
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans for projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.
Supervise construction progress to ensure design accuracy and quality.
Manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation.
