We are currently looking for a Project Architect / Senior Architect to join our growing team and contribute meaningfully to our design-led practice. Role Overview As a Project / Senior Architect , you will lead and collaborate on architectural projects from concept to execution , ensuring design integrity, technical excellence, and timely delivery. You will be expected to manage teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and bring both creative and technical leadership to fast-track and complex projects. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects through all design stages Concept, Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Deliver high-quality design and technical documentation for commercial and residential architecture. Participate in site visits and review construction to ensure design intent is executed. Review and ensure adherence to local bylaws, DCR (Development Control Regulations), NBC (National Building Code), and applicable building codes. Supervise junior architects and interns, and ensure the quality and accuracy of work delivered. Prepare client presentations, reports, and project timelines. Manage project deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation efficiently. Candidate Expectations & Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution. Work Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of professional experience in architecture firms working on commercial and residential projects . At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and firm setup. Proven ability to handle fast-track projects with tight deadlines. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop Revit Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of DCR, NBC, building codes , and statutory regulations. Experience with the design and execution of large-scale commercial and residential projects . Familiarity with construction details, materials, and building systems . Portfolio: A well-documented portfolio highlighting professional work (completed and ongoing projects) as well as academic work is required. Communication & Coordination Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive in taking ownership of projects, meetings, and decisions.
