Architect

JJ Consultants is a design practice based in Navi Mumbai, working at the intersection of architecture, interiors, urban design, and public realm creation.

We are currently seeking a Project Architect to lead major institutional, campus, and public architecture projects across Maharashtra — including universities, healthcare facilities, and government developments.

• What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and coordination of complex institutional and public architecture projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary consultants — structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage design documentation, approvals, and site coordination to ensure design integrity through construction.
• Present ideas and design proposals confidently to clients, committees, and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Arch (M.Arch preferred) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with demonstrated expertise in large-scale institutional or public projects.
• Strong conceptual thinking with technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent understanding of UDCPR/DCR, NBC, and statutory approval processes.
• Collaborative leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in campus masterplanning, healthcare, cultural, or government projects is a plus.
