Architect (Consultant)

Seeking an experienced Architect (Consultant) with strong expertise in architectural design, quantity estimation, and preparation/review of BOQs and technical specifications. The role demands hands-on experience in architectural finishing works and interiors for high-rise, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimations for architectural and interior finishing works.
• Develop and validate technical specifications for a wide range of architectural components such as:
  • Masonry works
  • Faade systems
  • Flooring
  • False ceilings
  • Waterproofing
  • Doors partitions
  • Woodwork, paneling, modular furniture (workstations, chairs), etc.
• Contribute to architectural design for high-rise residential, commercial/office, and institutional buildings.
• Coordinate architectural designs with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Indian and International codes and standards.
• Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings and specifications.
• Leverage market knowledge to evaluate vendors, materials, and finishes for architectural fit-outs.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and project deliverables.

Required Skills Competencies

• Strong understanding of architectural finishing works and interior detailing.
• Proven ability in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and cost evaluation.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, vendor options, and market rates.
• Familiarity with related Structural and MEP concepts for coordination.
• Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD and Revit (added advantage).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical documentation abilities.
• Good understanding of building codes, standards, and industry best practices.
