Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of building projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and practical architectural designs based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Prepare and present design concepts, drawings, and detailed architectural plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and integration with structural, MEP, and site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or construction-related issues.
• Review and approve materials, finishes, and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and timelines in coordination with the project team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Valid license/registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) [or relevant authority].
• Proven experience of 5+ years in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design/drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in [residential/commercial/industrial/institutional] projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable/green building design (LEED, GRIHA, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹470,121.70 - ₹786,902.43 per year
