Job Description

As an AR Calling - Quality Analyst at Elico Healthcare Services Ltd., your role involves monitoring AR calling activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and identifying areas for improvement. Your daily tasks will include conducting quality audits, preparing audit reports, providing feedback to AR callers, and coordinating with them to enhance performance.
