Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies regarding healthcare claims.
Follow up on pending or denied claims until resolution.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of claims.
Adhere to process compliance and quality parameters.

Required Skills:

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Willingness to work in
night shifts
(US timings).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Only
immediate joiners
will be considered.

Compensation & Benefits:

CTC:
3.00 LPA.
Take-Home Salary:
16,000/month.
Additional Perks:

2,200 Night Shift Allowance.
2-Way Cab Facility (within 25 km radius).
