Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller located in Jaipur. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or partially paid claims, analyzing and researching denied claims, initiating appropriate actions to resolve claim issues, ensuring timely collections, and documenting all actions taken in the billing system. The role also involves coordinating with insurance companies and internal teams to achieve resolution and ensure accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Claims Management
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
