Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving outstanding balances.
Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce bad debt and improve cash flow.
Collaborate with the healthcare management team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using computer software applications, particularly CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience working in a BPO or IT-enabled services company is preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards is an asset.
