Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Coimbatore. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for organizing and delivering aptitude training sessions, designing training programs, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to students. The individual will also play a role in evaluating student progress and developing strategies to improve their performance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
Experience in training students for competitive exams and campus placements
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Problem-solving skills and the ability to design effective training programs
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred
