Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude Mentor (Trainer) located in Tirupati. The Aptitude Mentor will deliver high-quality training sessions to students, helping them develop problem-solving, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude skills. Responsibilities include preparing relevant content, designing effective teaching methodologies, conducting interactive sessions, assessing student progress, and providing feedback for improvement. The mentor will also guide students to perform well in aptitude assessments during placement processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Problem-Solving skills
• Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops and strong instructional skills
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit different learning styles
• Relevant experience in preparing students for campus placements or competitive exams
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
