The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The trainer will design and develop course materials, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning. Additionally, the role includes mentoring students to improve their problem-solving skills and preparing them for competitive exams or placement opportunities. Qualifications Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability Experience in designing and delivering aptitude training sessions Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance Familiarity with competitive exam patterns and industry expectations Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in training or education are a plus Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a focus on enabling students to achieve their career goals
