Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer based in Tirupati Urban. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging and structured aptitude-related training sessions to students. The role includes creating and curating training material, assessing students’ performance, providing feedback, and mentoring students to develop skills required for placement tests and technical roles in the industry. The trainer will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in content delivery and student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in delivering aptitude training, including quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and interactive manner.
• Experience in designing, reviewing, and customizing learning materials to align with student needs and industry standards.
• Proficiency in classroom management and mentoring students to achieve their placement goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Prior experience in the placement preparation domain or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, education, or related fields would be advantageous.
