 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Pune. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering aptitude training sessions, assessing students' capabilities, and providing individualized feedback to enhance their skills. The trainer will also develop training materials, conduct mock tests, and continuously monitor and report on student progress.

 Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in curriculum development and instructional design

Ability to engage and motivate students

Relevant teaching experience in aptitude training

Proficiency in using technology and educational tools for training

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a any field

Should have handled a student batch size of 60-80

Should owned personal laptop and smart phone

Vast knowledge in competitive aptitude exams

Minimum experience 5 years & above
